Overview

By accessing GlobalMarketHub or activating any AI copy trading strategies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies made available on the platform. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean GlobalMarketHub. References to “you” or “your” mean the individual or legal entity using our services.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a jurisdiction where copy trading is permitted, and have capacity to enter into legally binding agreements. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your login.

2. Description of AI Copy Trading Services

GlobalMarketHub provides technology that mirrors positions from selected signal providers and AI models. Our algorithms analyse historical and real-time market data, apply risk controls, and route trades to your connected brokerage account. We do not guarantee returns, and execution latency, slippage, and market gaps may impact results.

3. User Responsibilities
  • Maintain sufficient balance to cover margin requirements and fees.
  • Review strategy metrics, drawdown history, and AI confidence scores before enabling copying.
  • Monitor open positions and performance reports and adjust portfolio allocations when your risk tolerance changes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including tax reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
4. Funding, Withdrawals & Fees

You may fund your account via the approved payment rails shown in the dashboard. We do not add platform surcharges to deposits or withdrawals, but you are responsible for blockchain network fees, card provider charges, or bank processing costs. Strategy performance fees, success fees, or subscription charges will be clearly disclosed before activation.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading CFDs, digital assets, and leveraged instruments involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital. Past performance of AI models or signal providers is not indicative of future results. Market volatility, liquidity constraints, and technology failures may cause losses greater than anticipated. Do not trade funds you cannot afford to lose.

6. Platform Access & Security

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, suspend services to protect users, or update AI models without prior notice. You agree not to interfere with platform security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated scraping tools.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, algorithms, data visualisations, and platform content are owned or licensed by GlobalMarketHub. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the services for personal investment management. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer our technology without written consent.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these terms, violated applicable regulations, or engaged in abusive behaviour. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding obligations and open trades must be settled prior to closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalMarketHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, copy trading signals, or third-party integrations. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the preceding six (6) months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction disclosed in your account profile. Disputes will first be addressed through our support and compliance teams. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to arbitration or courts located in the same jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
